In an atmosphere of gratitude and respect, on October 16, 2025, the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova organized a farewell ceremony on the occasion of the retirement of Mr. Hysen Manxhuka, who after a several-year career at the head of the Legal Office concluded with dignity his professional engagement in the administration of the University. During his years of service, Mr. Manxhuka has made a valuable contribution to the legal functioning of the institution, the drafting and implementation of legal acts, as well as ensuring the legal compliance of the University's activities.

His work has significantly influenced the strengthening of transparency, professionalism and institutional integrity of the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova. In gratitude for his dedication and contribution throughout his career, the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova awarded Mr. Hysen Manxhuka a Certificate of Appreciation, in appreciation for the professionalism, responsibility and integrity shown in the service of the institution.
