As part of the Erasmus+ program (COMMO VIII), the Acting Secretary General of the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova, Ms. Nita Sina Pruthi, together with the Legal Officer, Mr. Arianit Kupa, carried out an official visit to the University of Bari “Aldo Moro,” Italy.

During their stay in Bari, our university’s representatives were warmly welcomed by the staff of the Directorate General and had the honor of meeting the Director General, Avv. Gaetano Prudente. The meeting covered important topics related to the university’s organizational structure, efficient administration management, institutional transparency, process digitalization, and cooperation between academic and administrative units.

The visit served as a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences and good practices between the two universities. The Acting Secretary General and the Legal Officer had the chance to learn closely about the administrative system and organizational structures of the University of Bari, noting the high level of professionalism and dedication of its staff.

This mobility enriches the international experience of the staff of the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova and contributes to strengthening institutional cooperation with partner universities under the Erasmus+ program. The experience gained will help further advance professional development, administrative modernization, and the internationalization of our university.

Both universities expressed their willingness to deepen cooperation in the fields of university administration, digitalization, and institutional capacity development.
