The Senate of the University "Fehmi Agani" Gjakova, within the framework of the competencies determined under Article 173 paragraph 4 of the University Statute, in accordance with the Law No. 04/L-037 on Higher Education in the Republic of Kosovo, the University Statute, Regulation No. 04/292, dated 01.03.2021 on selection procedures regarding the appointment, reappointment and advancement of academic staff, Senate decisions No. 04/1255 dated 05.06.2024 and No. 04/1464 dated 09.07.2024, on amending and supplementing this regulation, also based on the request of the Council of the Faculty of Medicine, at the meeting held on 22.05.2025, decided to announce:
