Today, the Rector of the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova, Prof. Ass. Dr. Drilon Bunjaku, participated in the regular meeting of the Conference of Rectors of Public Higher Education Institutions, held at the Rectorate of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”.

During the meeting, the rectors of public universities in Kosovo elected the Rector of the University of Prishtina, Arben Hajrullahu, as Chair of the Conference of Rectors, while Mentor Alishani, Rector of the University of Prizren “Ukshin Hoti”, was elected Vice-Chair of the Conference, with no opposing votes or abstentions.

The mandate of Rector Hajrullahu as Chair of the Conference is one year, while the Conference of Rectors operates based on administrative guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology.

In addition to the Rector of the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova, Drilon Bunjaku, the meeting was attended by: Rector Arben Hajrullahu of the University of Prishtina, Rector Mentor Alishani of the University of Prizren “Ukshin Hoti”, Rector Agron Bajraktari of the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj, Rector Artan Dërmaku of the University of Gjilan “Kadri Zeka”, Rector Armand Krasniqi of the University of Peja “Haxhi Zeka”, and Rector Mihane Kerolli of the International Business College Mitrovica.
