Dr. Kimete Canaj (Vice-rector for International Cooperation and Projects) and MSc. Linda Dula Halilabazi (Permanent Secretary).

The topic of this meeting is financial autonomy and increasing transparency and accountability in Western Balkan Universities. The partner universities from Kosovo told about the challenges, needs and opportunities to overcome them.
