Inclusion of the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian Community in Universities

In the course of meetings and activities aimed at providing study opportunities based on the rights of every citizen, the Vice-Rector for Teaching and Student Affairs, Dafinë Ibrahimi Kaçuri, met with Ms. Elizabeth Gowing, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Community Affairs.

During this meeting, the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova provided Ms. Gowing with all the requested data, the situation on the ground, and our interest in bringing positive changes for all communities, and in particular for the Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian communities.

Ms. Gowing continued her meetings with students from these communities, directly addressing their needs and challenges in continuing their studies and preventing them from dropping out.

The University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova remains open to all, respecting the rights of each individual and supporting and encouraging all community groups.
