Vice-Rector for Teaching and Student Affairs Dafina Ibrahimi Kaçuri hosted Mr. Armir Rexhaj, Executive Officer of the Municipal Election Commission – Gjakova. The meeting discussed inter-institutional cooperation and the contribution of the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova in supporting the Central Election Commission (CEC) in carrying out its activities.

The CEC is implementing the project “Information and Education of Young Voters for Elections” in all municipalities of the Republic of Kosovo, including the Municipality of Gjakova. This project aims to inform and educate young people about their right to vote and be elected, and the importance of participating in elections. In this project, cooperation with higher educational institutions is also foreseen, of course, the “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova, offered support and space to carry out activities within this project.

The “Fehmi Agani” University in Gjakova is at the forefront of academic development and dynamics, this makes it important to provide and access to the CEC to our students and establish a line of communication and cooperation regarding the implementation of this project.
