An information session was held for the XIII Round of the Young Cell Scheme, the EU Postgraduate Scholarship Programme

On March 21, 2024, at 13:30, an information session on post-graduate scholarships under the EU program was held in Hall No. 1 at the Faculty of Philology in Gjakova. The session was organized by the European Union Office in Kosovo and the Office of the Prime Minister of the Government of Kosovo.

The “Young Cell Scheme” is a unique opportunity that offers full funding for young Kosovar students from various fields to study at some of the best universities in EU member states, as well as the possibility to work in the Civil Service of the Government of Kosovo for a period of three years after successfully completing their studies.

Successful applicants are given the opportunity to pursue a one- or two-year Master’s program at a university in an EU member state. The application is open to the general population, civil servants, and graduates in fields such as European integration, law, public administration, human resources, diplomacy, and other academic disciplines.

The aim of the activity was to share information regarding the rules and application procedures. The main goal of the Young Cell Scheme is to provide a unique opportunity for students to study abroad and enhance their professional prospects through long-term work in the civil service of Kosovo.

At the end of the session, a Q&A segment was held, during which extensive information about the program was also shared.
