In the framework of the planning for the enrichment of the libraries of the faculties of "Fehmi Agani" University, during this month the library of the Faculty of Philology has been enriched with about 450 new book titles. The purchased books are part of the basic literature and additional literature of the syllabuses from the current programs: Albanian language and literature and English language-translation and interpretation.

Books from the field of literary theories, literary history and literary criticism are offered to students to gain new knowledge about the subject of literary theory, criticism and other fields of knowledge related to theoretical literary studies as one of the most important areas for the study of literature.

Books on today's Albanian literature, modern literature and literature of romanticism, which are already on the library shelves, enable current and new students to increase their knowledge of the emblematic works and authors of Albanian literature, as well as to create an overview of its historical development. Also, through new literature, students can do research on the development of Albanian poetry, prose, drama and literary criticism.

World literature textbooks include most of the core world literature course titles that cover literary works in historical order from the 14th to the 20th century.

In addition to books from literature, the library has already been enriched with book titles from the basic literature of language subjects, to help students strengthen the competences of standard Albanian, to gain knowledge about the lexical system of the Albanian language, as well as to help them develop reading and critical thinking of literature.
