On 06 November 2023, the University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova was visited by Prof. Dr. Maria da Lapa Rosado from the ESSA University, a partner institution in the Erasmus+ SUSWELL project. On behalf of UFAGJ, Prof. da Lapa was welcomed by Rector Prof. Ass. Dr. Drilon Bunjaku, Vice Rector Prof. Ass. Dr. Arben Boshnjaku, Vice Rector Prof. Ass. Dr. Nazli Tyfekçi, and the Head of the Nursing Program, Ass. Vanesa Tanushi MSc.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the progress of the piloting process of the new courses integrated into the programs of the Faculty of Medicine within the framework of the SUSWELL project. These included the course “Digital Health Literacy” in the Physiotherapy and Nursing programs, as well as the course “Transitional Leadership” in the Health Management (Master’s) program.

Furthermore, the participants discussed the need to continue similar collaborations between the two institutions in the future following the completion of the aforementioned project.
