The Faculty of Social Sciences of the University "Fehmi Agani" signed a cooperation agreement with the Social Centers in Gjakova and Deçan
Within the framework of studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova has formalized the establishment of cooperative relations with three institutions:
The Centre for Social Work in Gjakova
The Centre for Social Work in Deçan
The Association of the Blind “Jakova” in Gjakova
The aim of these cooperation agreements is to encourage, advance, and develop the professional, educational, and institutional capacities of young professionals.
Ass. Granit Kelmendi, authorized for concluding the agreements and supervisor of students during their professional practice in institutions, expressed gratitude to the heads of the institutions for their cooperative spirit and contribution to the professional training of students during practical learning. He also emphasized openness for continued cooperation in the future.
The Acting Rector, Prof. Ass. Dr. Zeqir Hashani, also thanked Mr. Dervish Tahiri from the Centre for Social Work in Gjakova, Mr. Islam Mustafaj from the Centre for Social Work in Deçan, and Mr. Xhafer Kadrija from the Association of the Blind “Jakova” in Gjakova, for their institutional cooperation and contribution to improving quality and advancing the professional development of students and future professionals in the field of social sciences, which represents an irreplaceable profession in society, including all working institutions.
University “Fehmi Agani” and the above-mentioned centres agreed as follows:
Both institutions agree that this document establishes the foundation upon which a long-term, productive, and positive cooperation relationship can be built. The following exchange activities are examples of possible joint programs that may be developed through this partnership:
a. Exchange of staff and researchers (professors, lecturers, or researchers for research, information, and study purposes).
b. Other activities and exchanges agreed upon by both institutions.
