Visit of the American Ambassador to the “Fehmi Agani” University, Gjakova

As part of a series of meetings with university students in Kosovo, the American Ambassador in Prishtina, Jeffrey Hovenier, visited University “Fehmi Agani”. On this occasion, the Ambassador delivered a speech and held discussions with students from the respective faculties on the field of educational diplomacy and current issues in the country.
Initially, the Ambassador was welcomed by the Acting Rector of University “Fehmi Agani”, Prof. Ass. Dr. Zeqir Hashani, who expressed his warm welcome and special gratitude for the continuous support of the Embassy of the United States in Kosovo toward the university and its students.
During this visit, students had the opportunity to ask the Ambassador questions related both to the main topic of the meeting and to other current issues in the country.
This visit marked the first visit of an American Ambassador to University “Fehmi Agani” in Gjakova
