On the 27th of September, 2021 (Monday), prof. ass. dr. Laura Naka, Vice Rector for Academic Development and Quality Enhancement of the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova, accompanied by the Head of the Office for Quality Assurance, Mr. Daut Islami, received in a working meeting, Mr. Qëndrim Lluka, Director of the NGO OPTIMA.

This meeting was held in order to inform on the implemented project "Development of a Comprehensive Performance System of Academic Staff for the Public System of the University of Higher Education in Kosovo". Also, a documentary was made about the project, which defines the functioning of quality assurance work at the university and the activities within it.

Vice Rector Naka thanked her for her work, dedication and opportunity for cooperation, appreciating as welcome for the UFAGJ the project of the NGO OPTIMA, which helped a lot in strengthening and increasing / developing the quality of the university.

In the end, the Vice Rector prof. ass. dr. Laura Naka, received a certificate of appreciation as a sign of gratitude for providing valuable contributions as a university during the implementation of the project "Development of a Comprehensive Performance System of Academic Staff for the Public System of the University of Higher Education in Kosovo", funded by the US Embassy in Kosovo.
