Workshop of the SOCRE project (ERASMUS +) at the University of Gjakova


At the University of Gjakova “Fehmi Agani”, it was held a three-day working meeting of the SOCRE Project (Social Rehabilitation Through Education) in the frame of ERASMUS+ program. This meeting, of the working group, where the University of Gjakova is also involved, took place from 25 to 27.10.2017.

According to the agenda, the first day is the discussion on curriculum development and social rehabilitation programs at levels 5, 6 and 7. The second day continues with the discussion on the draft of the Teachers Manual, prepared by the responsible institutions involved in this project; and the third day is visit to health institutions.

In this meeting, participated representatives from institutions participants in the project, such as: University of Gjakova “Fehmi Agani”, College “Heimerer” and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. Furthermore, it is leaded by the tutors Toini Harra from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences in Finland and Maria Rosado, PhD, from the institution Escola Superior de Saúde Do Alcoitão in Portugal.

The SOCRE (Social Rehabilitation Through Education) project under the ERASMUS + program is supported by the European Commission and aims to improve education in social rehabilitation through lifelong learning, in accordance with the Bologna process. As well as enhancing cooperation between higher education institutions, practice institutions (clinics and rehabilitation centers) and relevant ministries.
