In honor of the Holocaust Remembrance Day, the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova in cooperation with the "Kosovo Jewish Organization", "Institute of Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of Albanians - Skopje" and "Kosovo Institute for International Studies" organized a seminar on "Holocaust Education for Educators."

The seminar was held by Maja Susha, who works in the holocaust research and education department at the Institute of Spiritual and Cultural Heritage of Albanians ”- Skopje. The seminar began with the story of the Holocaust. Topics on anti-Semitism, Holocaust education, Holocaust prejudices, Jewish groups, etc. were addressed. Several books telling the story of the Holocaust were also presented during the seminar.

The seminar was attended by professors, students and officials from the administrative staff.

The participants in the training were satisfied, showed interest in the topic that was addressed, as well as shared their experiences with the Jews.

The training participants were finally certified earning the epithet Trainer for Holocaust Education.
