A coordination meeting with the QATEK project is held at the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova
At the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova is held a coordination meeting of the project QATEK - "Policy framework for quality assurance and improvement in primary education of teachers in Kosovo."
The EU-funded QATEK project, implemented by the Faculty of Education at the University of Prishtina, aims to build Capacities in Higher Education to increase the professionalism of teachers in Kosovo, part of which is the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova .
The meeting was attended by representatives of the UFAGJ involved in the project and Prof. Blerim Saqipi, project coordinator, from the Faculty of Education of the University of Prishtina "Hasan Prishtina".
The specific goals of this project are the development of internal quality assurance mechanisms and processes within the initial teacher education institutions in Kosovo, which responds to specific quality indicators, the development of teachers' capacities in providing quality teaching as one of indicators in the internal quality mechanism, etc.
The QATEK project is made possible by European Union funds of the ERASMUS + program. In this project UGJFA is a partner with the University of Prishtina, the University of Ljubljana, universities from Rome and Tallinn in Estonia.
