Rector, Prof. Ass. Dr. Artan Nimani hosted at the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani" the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Mr. Besnik Tahiri, where they talked about various development issues of the University.

Rector Nimani expressed gratitude for the willingness, support and  the visit of the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Mr. Besnik Tahiri with associates at the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani".

During the meeting, Rector Nimani informed Mr. Tahiri for the achievements of UGJFA, internationalization and for the cooperation of the University with various local and international institutions and organizations as well as preperations for the launching of the university campus of UGJFA, for which several procedures are being completed and it is foreseen that the work will start in October. Rector Nimani has also raised concerns about delays in the accreditation process of study programs, which have already been submitted to the Complaints Commission.

The First Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Mr. Besnik Tahiri was pleased with the hospitality given by Rector Nimani with associates at the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani" and announced that the Government of Kosovo will offer its support in both administration and infrastructure. He also promised that the concerns of Rector Nimani will be raised at the responsible institutions.
