The University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani" (UGJFA) prepares staff for the labor market, respectively staff for education, health, administration and other areas through which Kosovo will increase competitiveness.

Students of the Faculty of Education currently have the safest labor market .After completing their studies, they are ready to find work in Kosovo's primary schools. The Faculty of Education at the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani" remains the institution that prepares teachers for primary education.

Students of the Faculty of Medicine can work in Primary Health Care: MCFM, FMC, AFM  in rural areas, in Secondary and Third Instance Care: Regional Hospital, Mental Health Center and National Institute of Occupational Medicine (NIOM). With the curriculum they have and with the preparation they will make, these students can also be employed in the private system and abroad.

The Faculty of Philology, with its programs, offers students employment opportunities in administrative and cultural field (as text editors), in educational field (as teachers), as translators and journalists.

Continuing to apply the knowledge in practice, the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani" will offer students special programs, which prepare students for the challenges of the time within the field of study.
