The meeting was primarily opened by the vice-rector Prof. Ass. Dr. Arben Boshnjaku, who emphasized the importance of the mechanisms on the purpose of investing together in the culture of quality.

After that, the Head of the Quality Assurance Office Mr. Daut Islami, made a short presentation around quality management, where he emphasized the following issues:

• The Legal Regulation of Quality Assurance

• Evaluation procedures of the Academic staff

• Performance evaluation time-frame

• Self-evaluation

• Teaching Skills

• Motivation and Communication

• Preparation and Organization

• Professional development

By the end of the meeting, the participants discussed about the difficulties of acquiring instrument quality, and also welcomed the comments around the update of the Manual for performance, quality and curriculum evaluation.
