
Call for Applications for Student Mobility
The University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova, as part of COMMO consortium, coordinate by UNIMED-Union of Mediterrean Universities, Erasmus+Program offers opportunities to make mobility exchanges with Italian member universities that have expressed their interest to participate in the activities for the edition of this project.
Purpose
As part of COMMO consortium, coordinated by UNIMED-The Union of Mediterrean Universities, Erasmus+ Program offers Italian member universities the opportunity to make mobility exchange with the regional universities (Albania and Kosovo), that have expressed their interest to participate in the activities of this project’s edition.
In regards to this call, all students of UFAGJ are called to apply in the Italian universities as follows:
- UNIVERSITY OF MESSINA – 1 Study Mobility, (SMS),
- UNIVERSITY OF PADOVA - 1 Study Mobility, (SMS)
Also in this call, students may apply also for two vacant places from the last COMMO VIII call:

- UNIVERSITY OF BARI - 1 Study Mobility, (SMS
Conditions and Application Procedures:
- The candidate student must be registered at UFAGJ at the time of application,
- Applicants must be selected by the University,
- After selection, applicants will be contacted by UNIMED, UFAGJ and the host University
- The deadline for application to UFAGJ is until April 5, 2025 for the First Semester of the academic year 2025 /2026, while for the Second Semester of the same academic year until September 5, 2025,
- The deadline for nomination of potential applicants to UNIMED – First Semester April 15, 2025), while for the Second Semester (September 15, 2025)

DOCUMENTS
Documents for the submission of the application must be sent in the reference address shown for the mobility for which in you want to apply in, in a single PDF file and according to the following order:
- CV - Curriculum Vitae (maximum 4 pages);
- Copy of passport (valid for travel and valid for at least 3 months from the date of return from mobility);
- Certificate proving knowledge of English and/or Italian depending on the language of the destination country (minimum level B2);
- Application form for any type of mobility (Students - SMS)
- Average grade of exams and credits obtained;
- Certificate of registration at UFAGJ
Incomplete applications will not be considered
SELECTION CRITERIA
The selection process will be fair and transparent, and based on the non-discrimination principles.
Selection in relation to the mobility for study purposes (SMS) will respect the following criteria:
- Grade point average (30 points);
- Number of credits earned in the current year (30 points);
- English language proficiency (40 points);
Selected candidates will be contacted to determine the necessary documents and to receive information for the mobility.
The beneficiary will take in charge:
- Respecting the determined deadlines by the universities and UNIMED;
- Preparing the required documents within the deadlines shown before, during and after the mobility;
- Developing specific activities during the mobility period
- Completing the mobility period.
The beneficiary also has the right to:
● Receive adequate information and support before, during and after the move;
● Receive the amount of the mobility grant according to the indicated schedules;
● Have a tutor/buddy during the period abroad;
