At the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova, on Monday was held a meeting with representatives of the NGO OPTIMA, Dr. Sharon Hart and Mr. Qëndrim Lluka - Executive Director, for the continuation of the project - Development of a Comprehensive System for the Evaluation of Academic Staff .

The project aims at a comprehensive system of evaluation of academic staff, which is based on systematic observation (measurement) of the respective performance of academic staff, to determine the degree to which that performance is consistent with the values ​​of the academic unit (faculty, division, department , etc.), which will last up to two years.

This introductory module presents a summary of the process for developing a comprehensive academic staff appraisal system. While, other modules present detailed information for performing each step of the process.

At the end of the meeting, other main activities that will take place in the coming months were discussed.
