As part of the institutional re-accreditation process, online meetings with KAA international experts were held at Fehmi Agani University in Gjakova, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Present during the meetings with various groups in UFAGJ was also Mr. Naim Gashi, director of the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA).

The group of international experts consisting of Prof. Dr. Milan Pol, from Masaryk University, Prof. Dr. Magdalena Platis, from the University of Bucharest and Mr. Christoph Back, student, held online meetings with seven groups organized by Fehmi Agani University for this process. Part of these meetings, in addition to management, quality assurance and administrative services representatives, faculty leaders, academic staff and students, were also graduate students as well as graduate employers and external stakeholders.

Rector of the University "Fehmi Agani" Prof. Ass. Dr. Artan Nimani, said that the meetings with experts went very well, and praised the organization made for this process by the KAA. He stressed that in UFAGJ there has been an extraordinary mobilization regarding the process of institutional re-accreditation for which he thanked all those who have been engaged.

The accreditation process includes internal and external quality assurance, which continues to be the main tool for setting quality standards in the higher education system in Kosovo.
