University Rector Artan Nimani and Vice Rector Vjollca Dibra hosted Rron Gjinovci and Gramos Buçinca from ORCA, with whom they discussed about the possibility for ORCA to help in compiling and drafting the university strategy as well as in the further academic developments of the University of Gjakova. Also, Rector Nimani has submitted to ORCA the first issue of the Scientific Bulletin of 2020 of the University of Gjakova, which consists all the works of the academic staff of the university which are published on acknowledged platforms for publication in our country. This Bulletin was assessed as an important step towards increasing transparency in public institutions of higher education in Kosovo.

The University of Gjakova also promised greater commitment in advancing the regulations of scientific publication.

ORCA expressed their readiness to help the university to progress in this direction.
