The book "De-heroized heroines" by the author Prof. Ass. Dr. Vjollca Dibra is published
The book "De-heroized heroines" was allowed for publication with the decision of the Steering Council of the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani".
This book draws parallels between Ismail Kadare's novel Night with the Moon and Hajnrih Bell's novel The Lost Honor of Katerina Blum, and it can be said that she has deepened her knowledge and methodology in this field, addressing in many ways aspects of comparative literary science in the study of Albanian literature. First of all, they draw attention to both the theme and the structure of the novel genre in the context of the time of writing, the place and the social and artistic circumstances.
The analogy of these two works, which comes and develops as parallels, consists, except in the moral / immoral relation; crime / "crime"; in the individual and collective plan, even in being the main characters, exactly two female creators.
Connoisseurs of this field consider the book to be very interesting, important and welcome for Albanian literature.
The author of the book, Prof. Ass. Dr. Vjollca Dibra is Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and Quality Improvement at the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani".
