
Call for Applications for Academic and Administrative Staff Mobility
The University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova, as part of COMMO Consortium, coordinated by UNIMED-The Union of Mediterrean Universities, Erasmus+ program offers the opportunity to have exchange mobilities with other Italian member universities that have expressed their interest to participate in the activities for the seventh edition of this project.
In regards to this call the academic and administrative staff of the UFAGJ are invited to apply in the Universities as the following:
- UNIVERSITETI MESSINA-2 Mobilities for Studies and Training, STA/STT
- UNIVERSITETI SALETO -3 Mobilities for Studies and Training, STA/STT
FUNDING
- Mobility for the staff (teaching or training) may be realized upon the confirmation of the selection and the appointment of the mobility period with the host university.
- As far as the entry mobility (from the partner countries in Italy) is concerned, the scholarship sum predicted as individual support is 190 euro a day. The duration of the mobility is 5 days, plus 2 days’ travel (two-way ticket).
- As far as the outer mobility (from Italy to partner countries) is concerned, the scholarship sum predicted as individual support is 190 euro a day. The duration of the mobility is 5 days plus 2 travel days (two-way ticket).
- Apart from individual support, the project covers the travel costs counted upon the distance between the starting place where the origin University is placed, and the destination country wherein it is placed the hosting university, in accordance with the distance accountability of the Erasmus+ program.
CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURES
Members of the staff who are candidates, at the moment of application, must be employed in one of the included universities.
The applicants will be selected by their origin university. After the selection, the applicants will be contacted by UNIMED, the sending university and hosting university for further information.

DOCUMENTS
The documents for application must be sent in the respective mobility address for which you want to apply, in a single PDF file, and according to the following order:
- Application form for the specific type of mobility (Training-STT; Teaching-STA);
- Copy of passport (or copy of identity card, valid for travel abroad and with an expiration date of at least 3 months from the date of return);
- Certificate or self-declaration proving knowledge of English and/or Italian depending on the language of the destination country (minimum level B2);
- Curriculum Vitae (maximum 4 pages).
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
SELECTION CRITERA
The selection process will be open and transparent, based on the non-discrimination principles.
The selection for the mobility for training purposes (STT) will respect the following criteria:
- Knowledge of English (50 points);
- Previous work experience abroad and/or in the region (50 points).
Selection for the mobility for teaching purposes (STA) will respect the following criteria:
- Knowledge of English (50 points);
- Publications and any previous research/teaching experience abroad and/or in the region (50 points).
The selected candidates will be contacted in order to determine the necessary documents and will receive the necessary information for the mobility.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE BENEFICIARY
The beneficiary will adhere to:
- Respecting the determined deadlines by universities and UNIMED;
- Producing the necessary documents within the determined deadlines, before, during and after the mobility;
- Developing specific activities during mobility period;
- Ending the mobility period;
- Contact institutions (embassies and consulates for any visa application);
- Have a valid visa (if required) and a valid passport at the time of departure.
The beneficiary has also the right to:
- Receive appropriate information and support before, during and after mobility;
- Receive the amount of the mobility grant according to the established deadlines;
- Have a tutor/buddy during the period abroad;
- Have the mobility period abroad known.
