The visit of Dr. Smiglak - Krajewska at the University of Gjakova within CEEPUS program

In the University of Gjakova is staying for several days visit Dr. Magdalena Smiglak - Krajewska from the University of Life Sciences in Poznan, Poland. The visit of Dr. Smiglak is being realized through the CEEPUS (Central European Exchange Program for University Studies) program, where the UGJFA is member of two cooperation networks.

On the first day of visit, Dr. Smiglak had a welcome meeting with Rector Prof. Dr. Shaban Buza and Vice Rector Prof. dr. Ass. Dr. Mimoza Dushi. The purpose of this meeting was to coordinate the possibilities of inter-university cooperation within the Erasmus + and CEEPUS programs.  Rector Buza discussed about the organization, faculties and study programs at the UGJFA and also expressed readiness to support this cooperation. Whereas, Dr. Smiglak introduced the study programs at Poznan University and discussed the possibility of exchanging academic staff and students.

Then, on March 24th, Dr. Smiglak gave a lecture for students and teachers of the Faculty of Education, about "Risk Management" in economic issues and discussed its research methodology. The preset students showed interest about the lecture and through questions expressed curiosity to visit the University of Poznan through academic mobility programs.

Than for teachers who wanted to discuss more about the research methodology, Dr. Smiglak shows her readiness to for individual meetings during her stay at UGJFA.
