"Fehmi Agani" University in Gjakova signed a cooperation agreement with the Polytechnic University of Koszalin in Poland

On May 17-18, 2021, the delegation of the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova consisting of Prof. Ass. Dr. Artan Nimani, Rector, Prof. Ass. Dr. Vjollca Dibra, Vice Rector for Learning and Students, Prof. Ass. Dr. Laura Naka, Vice Rector for Academic Development and Quality Enhancement and Denis Spahija, Head of the Office of International Relations visited Koszalin Polytechnic University.

The UFAG delegation was welcomed by Prof. Dr. Hab. Danuta Zawadzka, Rector of Koszalin Polytechnic University accompanied by Vice-Rectors, Deans, Heads of Departments, Director of the Doctoral School, Joanna Patan, Head of Foreign Language Studies, and Erasmus + and CEEPUS Program Coordinator, Prof. Dr. hab. Christopher Rokosz from the Mechanical Department.

Rector Nimani addressed the guests with the words: "Thank you for the warm hospitality in Poland and the support of our university membership in Magna Charta and the Association of European Universities (EUA), introducing new programs, increasing academic mobility and participating in scientific conferences . We want to become a serious partner in joint actions ", stressed Rector Nimani.

Rector Zawadzka said that “this is an excellent opportunity to exploit the great potential of cooperation. We want to extend it to other units of our university. "This is the first meeting, but I very much hope that there will be even more."

Whereas, Prof. Dr. hab Krzysztof Wasilewski, Vice Rector for Education, gave a short presentation at Koszalin Polytechnic University. He spoke about the structure of the university, science and the main points of the academic community.

After the speeches, the parties signed a cooperation agreement. The main objectives of this agreement are: strengthening scientific ties, closer scientific cooperation and academic exchange.

After the official part, the delegation of the University "Fehmi Agani" in Gjakova visited the laboratories on campuses: Śniadecki, Rac ławicka and Kwiatkowski.
