Rector of the University of Gjakova "Fehmi Agani", Prof. Ass. Dr. Artan Nimani was honored with the American flag by -The Association Friends of the USA, in honor of the memory of American soldiers killed in the duty while serving in the United States Armed Forces, and in honor of July 4, U.S. Independence Day.
