The Senate of the University ‘’Fehmi Agani’’ in Gjakova in regards to the determined competencies according to the Article 173, paragraph 4 of the Statute of the University, in accordance with the Law Nr.04/L-037 for Higher Education at the Republic of Kosovo, the Statute of the University, Regulation with prot. nr. 04/292, dated 01.03.2021 for the selecting procedures related to the appointment, re-appointment and advancement of the academic staff, the decision of the Senate, with prot.
